Works great for me. Would prefer an auto shutoff timer tough as 1, 2 and 3 minutes intervals

Everything is in one nice kit. Two batteries included (1 spare so it can be charged when another one is in use). Nice sunglasses to go with it. Works decently.

This red light therapy device comes in a very impressive kit with two batteries and the required charger (cord included but outlet plug not included), a semi-firm black carrying case, and protective eyeglasses. It is a thick silver device, about the size of a hand-held flashlight, and is easy to use with one push-button. The batteries are different than I’m used to, being flat on both ends, so I have to exercise some care in making sure I identify the positive and negative ends appropriately.

The device is simple to use without the unnecessary bells and whistles. You turn it on with the push button and point it toward the area you want to treat. As it is small, it may not be the best choice for large areas or if you are trying to treat many areas at once, but it is great for small targeted treatment. It gets really warm, so I do not like to use it for longer than one or two rounds before letting it cool down. I use it for pain in my thumb/wrist area and usually notice some relief after a couple of days. I cannot say for sure that it is the red light versus the area just improving over time, but the heat and red light are comforting, so I enjoy using it regardless. Overall, I am happy with this device and plan to keep it in my repertoire.

This red light therapy torch is very well made. It was very well packaged. I have used it quite a few times now and it seems to be working well.

This torch-like RLT device combines red and infrared light. The infrared light penetrates deeper into soft tissue than the red light, so the healing goes deeper.

I am not qualified to give a medical opinion on the quality of medical use of this red and infrared light, so my rating is not related to that. I have not noticed any rapid healing. Although I can definitely say that my joints feel better now after using it for a bit over 4 weeks.

I like the fact that it is easy to use. I bought a few lasers for my Mother, she suffers from chronic sciatica, after one treatment she noticed a difference.

I have several red light devices that range from belt that you can velcro on your arm, leg, back etc. I also have a pet red light that is similar to this one. This red light device has been a great addition! I like the size. I can easily take this with me when going to the gym, traveling or just put it in my purse for on the go relief. It feels awesome and I definitely feel the results from using this. I am a big red light believer and this one just adds to my treasure chest! Would definitely recommend it!
